We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free and typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Processing times may vary by product and supplier.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email when your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.
You may request to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it. To begin, email gus.enghi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Where a return is not required, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the case. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from us. Items that have been used, are not in their original condition, or are excluded for hygiene reasons may not be eligible for a refund.
